District 13, Area 52 North Dakota

Welcome to Grand Forks Alcoholics Anonymous

This is the Grand Forks and surrounding Grand Forks (ND) area website, which focuses on events, meetings, and as a contact for those in need.

Coronavirus Guidance from GSO (versión en español)

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic some groups in the District 13 area will temporarily suspend their meetings. GSRs are asked to send an email to contact@grandforksaa.org with the Group Name and details. See the Coronavirus announcements section for more.

Some Groups will hold on-line meetings. A popular option is “Zoom” If your group is using Zoom to have online meetings, here is a brief video on YouTube. If you do not wish to, or cannot use the Zoom App [a shared computer] you may go to the Zoom website and view the meeting through your browser.

Alcoholics Anonymous® is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for AA membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. AA is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy, neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety.
